Year-round, Mustard Seed’s Health Outreach Team supports 25-35 families in reaching their health goals. Many adults in these families are working to manage chronic illnesses (like hypertension and diabetes) through medication, regular exercise, and improved nutrition. Children in these families are learning to eat and cook healthful meals.
Help support these families in their better-health journeys by donating grocery staples and fresh produce to Mustard Seed Community Health. We offer them regular food distributions, and your grocery donations are so helpful!
Items Needed:
To donate groceries to Mustard Seed, simply drop-off your groceries at the Mustard Seed office Monday-Friday during the clinic hours shown below. To learn more about our Grocery Distribution program, contact Lead Community Outreach Worker Dulce Rodriguez Ortiz at 336-701-1929 or email her with your questions.
Thank you for supporting access to healthy food for all!
