The 2024 Holiday Honor Cards are ready for purchase! Our holiday cards are more than just beautiful. With every purchase, you play a pivotal role in helping our neighbors that are uninsured or underinsured receive quality healthcare. Sold in packs of 5 cards for $25.00. 

 Each card is 4 X 4 and comes with envelope. On the inside left inside panel there is a message

 "A gift was made in your honor to Mustard Seed Community Health".

The main message on the inside right panel says...

"At the close of another year we gratefully pause to wish you a warm and cozy Holiday Season"

To secure your 2024 Holiday Honor Cards - Make a secure Donation through this website and click on "Designation" and select the donation amount you are making and the number of Holiday Honor Cards you wish to receive. You can also make a donation by check and mail the donation to 232 S. English Street. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR PHONE NUMBER with your donation information.
